Fall Pumpkin Spice Granola

This homemade Fall Pumpkin Spice Granola packed with crunchy oats, roasted nuts, and a fragrant blend of cinnamon and pumpkin pies pice is a delightful snack or topping that makes for the perfect fall treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilal extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and sea salt.
  • Add oats and nuts and stir to combine.
  • Spread mixture on a well-oiled baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy immediately or store in a well-sealed containerfor up to five days.
