Homemade Candied Nuts
Made with sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and a hint of vanilla, these Homemade Candied Nuts are perfectly sweet, crunchy and full of warm, cozy flavor!

- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 cups mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- sea salt to taste
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add egg white and 1 tbsp of water to a medium mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Add mixed nuts and stir to coat.
Add sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and sea salt to bowl and combine thoroughly.
Pour mixture onto a large, well-oiled baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir before cooling to prevent nuts from sticking together.
Let cool for 10 minutes and gently toss with powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
