Homemade Chai Syrup
You can easily make your own chai syrup at home using just a few ingredients! Store it in your fridge for up to two weeks and use it in cocktails, coffee drinks and more.

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 5 chai tea bags
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks optional
Heat water in a small saucepan until boiling.
Add tea bags, cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags. Stir in honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon sticks.
Return to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
Remove cinnamon sticks and transfer syrup to a jar or sealed container. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
