cranberries

granulated sugar

water
Instructions
Add cranberries, sugar and water to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes, or until sugar has dissolved and cranberries have softened.
Remove from heat and pour through a mesh strainer into a bowl.
Transfer syrup into a glass jar or container and store for up to a week in the refrigerator.

Recipe yields about 8 ounces of syrup.
