Ingredients
  

  • 1 honeycrisp apple
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/3 cup quick oats (or instant oatmeal)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes

Garnish (Optional)

  • cinnamon
  • cinnamon stick
  • granola

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour in a glass, top with desired garnish and serve immediately.
