- 1 honeycrisp apple
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/3 cup quick oats (or instant oatmeal)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 ice cubes
Garnish (Optional)
- cinnamon
- cinnamon stick
- granola
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or ingredients are well combined.
Pour in a glass, top with desired garnish and serve immediately.
