Prosciutto Burrata Baguette Sandwich

Indulge in the ultimate gourmet sandwich! This Prosciutto Burrata Baguette sandwich combines creamy burrata cheese, savory prosciutto, fresh tomato slices and arugula, covered in a drizzle of olive oil and nestled between slices of crispy baguette.

Ingredients
  

  • 12-inch french baguette sliced & toasted
  • 3 oz prosciutto
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 8 oz burrata
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions
 

  • If using a “take and bake” loaf, bake bread according to packaging instructions. Once cooled, slice baguette in half using a serrated knife.
  • To assemble sandwich, layer bottom baguette slice with prosciutto, followed by tomato slices. Pull apart burrata over top, then drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add a handful of arugula and top with other baguette slice to finish.
  • Slice your sandwich in halves or thirds and serve immediately or refrigerate for several hours before serving.
