Pumpkin Spice RumChata Martini
This creamy Pumpkin Spice RumChata Martini blends velvety RumChata with premium vodka, pumpkin spice flavors and creamy half-and-half for a rich, autumn-inspired dessert cocktail.

- 1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice RumChata
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz half-and-half
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- sprinkle sea salt
Add ice, vodka, Pumpkin Spice RumChata, half-and-half, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, honey and sea salt to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into martini glass and top with pumpkin pie spice.
Serve and enjoy!
