This creamy Pumpkin Spice RumChata Martini blends velvety RumChata with premium vodka, pumpkin spice flavors and creamy half-and-half for a rich, autumn-inspired dessert cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice RumChata
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • sprinkle sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add ice, vodka, Pumpkin Spice RumChata, half-and-half, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, honey and sea salt to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into martini glass and top with pumpkin pie spice.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If desired, place martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before making the recipe.
