Tropical Green Smoothie
This refreshing tropical green smoothie is my go-to for breakfast or a post-workout snack on busy weekdays!

- 1 banana
- 2 mandarin oranges peeled
- 3 cucumber slices
- 1 cup tropical fruit blend frozen
- handful spinach
- 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour in a glass and enjoy!
