Whipped Thyme Honey Butter
Light, fluffy and infused with floral honey and fresh thyme, this Whipped Thyme Honey Butter is perfect for croissants, toast and so much more!

- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) room temperature
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
Add butter, honey and thyme to a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir with a spatula until fully combined.
Using a hand-mixer or immersion blender, whip butter for 30-60 seconds or until fluffy.
Serve immediately with croissants or crusty bread or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week.
